Leesburg Concrete was first established in 1972. This American, family-owned company was founded on a philosophy of quality and innovation that has been carried through to today.

First known for its decorative concrete block, Leesburg Concrete later became a Unit Step franchise, providing prefabricated steps for commercial and residential users throughout the Southeastern United States and beyond.

1988 brought about the landmark American With Disabilities Act (ADA) which required schools, government offices and businesses to provide access to the mobility impaired. All of a sudden there was an entrepreneurial spirit born in the staff of Leesburg Concrete which ultimately resulted in the creation of a unique product that's modular, relocatable, safe, maintenance-free and ADA Compliant. A process was developed using concrete and steel in a modular fashion to create ramps, steps, decks, railings, and walkways using the old-world craftsmanship and quality upon which the company was founded. These systems are ideal for bringing portable classrooms, professional offices, and existing buildings into ADA compliance.

Necessity is the mother of invention, and Leesburg Concrete continues to draw from that creative fount to provide durable, quality, custom solutions for schools, businesses, government offices, industrial offices and homes.
